Overview

LPP is a vertically integrated clothing retailer with an ambitious expansion plan of ~200 000 sqm of new or renovated stores per year. Spread across five brands (Reserved, House, Cropp, Sinsay, Mohito) and fifteen international markets, the rollout requires lean organization, effectively managed resources and good communication. We’ve been responsible for delivering a large part of this plan within the scope of design implementation and local support since 2014.

Challenges

We implemented and executed a mass roll out strategy for our retail client.

  • Short lead times correlated with lease contracts
  • Coordination of MEP designers and key actors
  • Flexible manpower due to uneven project allocation throughout the year
  • Work in different international settings

Modus operandi:

We initiated and supported the gradual introduction and propagation of BIM software solutions (Autodesk Revit) into the rollout process. We worked closely with LPP to create and coordinate standards libraries.

Our designers regularly take part in training courses in order to be up to date with all developments. Most of these were organized thru LPP, both in real world stores as well as test stores in controlled environments.
