2016 - 2017
LPP is a vertically integrated clothing retailer with an ambitious expansion plan of ~200 000 sqm of new or renovated stores per year. Spread across five brands (Reserved, House, Cropp, Sinsay, Mohito) and fifteen international markets, the rollout requires lean organization, effectively managed resources and good communication. We’ve been responsible for delivering a large part of this plan within the scope of design implementation and local support since 2014.
We initiated and supported the gradual introduction and propagation of BIM software solutions (Autodesk Revit) into the rollout process. We worked closely with LPP to create and coordinate standards libraries.
