Subtle pastel hues in a contemporary setting – this is the briefest way to describe H&M's new office in Warsaw, which was designed by our team led by Kateryna Petruk. The office space of the popular fashion brand is located in the prestigious Widok Towers building, offering a picturesque view of Warsaw. Our task was to develop a concept that aligns with the company's overall standards while capturing the individuality and character of the Polish team working for a global brand.
We initiated the project with a detailed analysis of H&M's needs, taking into account the brand's vision and philosophy. Collaboratively with the client, we worked on plans to tailor the office space to meet individual expectations and requirements. We optimized layouts to ensure employee comfort and enhance productivity and creativity. The design process was greatly facilitated by 3D visualizations, enabling us to present the client with the expected final result, incorporating all elements from color schemes and furniture to finishing details. Well-prepared visualizations proved invaluable in precise space planning and optimal utilization.
"Working on this project required adapting the space, including changing the functionality of some areas. Equally important was the selection of finishing materials to create a warm and harmonious whole. To give the space a cohesive yet individual character, our design included bespoke furniture proposals for the kitchen, reception, and lounge areas, which were approved by the client and specially crafted for this interior," explains Kateryna Petruk, R&D architect.
The new office comprises integrated zones where impressive design and functionality had to go hand in hand. Common open areas encourage communication and collaboration, while due attention was given to representational areas that facilitate focus, such as quiet rooms and acoustic cabins. Relaxation and creativity zones are also present, and the open kitchen-dining area is equipped with comfortable seating. Conference rooms are fully equipped with technological amenities for team meetings. An incredibly important and representative space is the showroom.
H&M's office is characterized by warm shades of white and gray, complemented by timeless pastels. Both the color palette and material choices create an atmosphere of coziness and elegance. The interior will soon be adorned with plants, emphasizing naturalness and aesthetic appeal.
Thanks to the collaboration and dedication of both teams, we have successfully created a modern and inspiring office that reflects the character and style of the H&M brand while fostering creativity and innovative thinking.
